WELL MOTHER

Healing yourself so you can keep
showing up for them

WELL MOTHER IS FOR YOU, TOO.

Some days being a mom takes all you have in the tank. It’s easy to get lost in taking care
of everyone else and somehow forgetting that you can’t survive off
5 goldfish, 2 coffee’s, no water or a minute to breathe.

Here you’ll find all my holistic wellness wisdom and research. You don’t need to be a
“crunchy mom” or conform to any stereo type to learn and use natural tools.
Whether it’s nervous system support, nourishment, real rest or just a deeper understanding of our bodies;
Really what one of us couldn’t use more tools in their toolbox?
We’ll chat about the things that don’t make it in the motherhood conversation
enough; Whether its feeling overstimulated, running on fumes,
struggling to slow down, navigating the crazy world of hormones and histamine,
and learning together how to actually listen when our bodies are begging us to stop.

This space isn’t about becoming the “perfectly healthy” mom.
It’s about learning what supports you, taking what feels sustainable and leaving the rest.
Give yourself permission to care for the woman underneath the role of Mom.

Let’s heal from the inside out.

YOUR WELLNESS DOESN’T HAVE TO BE ANOTHER JOB.

Becoming a mom also comes with a strange pressure placed on you to somehow optimize everything.

Eat perfectly. Sleep at least 8 hours. exercise. Take all the supplements. Track your hormones.
Have a morning routine. Drink the right tea. Regulate your nervous system. Feed the family a healthy
dinner. And somehow do it all while having a spotless house and raising tiny humans.

Well Mother isn’t about adding another thing to the already to long list of things to do.
It’s about finding the small things that actually help .

A cup of tea made from herbs you trust. Ten minutes outside. A meal that leaves you
feeling nourished instead of depleted. Learning tools to fight the never ending overstimulation.
Even just learning what real rest looks like and giving your nervous system a reason to soften.

Small things count.

Your body isn’t a project to fix.
It’s the place you live.

And you deserve to feel
at home there.
